Lions Club of Park Orchards Charity Golf Day raises $14,000 for Prostate Cancer Research

On March 14th, over seventy participants endured the 40C temperature, to participate in an Ambrose four ball best ball 18 hole charity golf day organized by the Lions Club of Park Orchards which raised $14,000 to support the Victorian Prostate Cancer Research Consortium.
Sponsors included Actrol, Alcock & Pierce, Amcal Pharmacies, ANZ Personal Banking, Bill Schlink Real Estate, Boat’O’Craigo Wines, Eastwood Golf Course, Enzyme Solutions, Guardian Pharmacies, Hamilton Morello Accountants, Hard Yakka, Hoskins Wallace Real Estate, Kilsyth Carpet Court, Phil Munday’s Panel Works, RACO Cookware, Rian Industries, Tolhurst Stock Brokers, Sharkbite, Warrandyte Lions Club and Yorkflex.
The Lions Club of Park Orchards is a dedicated, 30 strong group that has been serving the Park Orchards community for over thirty years.
